I created The Cozy Crumb Baking Company to share my love of baking and to give people desserts that feel like home — the kind made with real ingredients, patience, and a touch of nostalgia. Every recipe is crafted to bring comfort and joy, whether it’s a flaky pastry, a rich chocolate cake, or a batch of cookies that taste just like your favorite childhood memory.

My Story
Welcome! I’m Stephanie, a classically trained Pastry Chef and Bakery Manager with a passion for creating desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious. After years of leading pastry teams in renowned hospitality settings — from luxury hotels to bustling artisan bakeries — I founded this bakery as a place where craft, creativity, and community come together.
My journey began at Johnson & Wales University, where I earned degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts, followed by international study at the Florence University of the Arts, immersing myself in traditional Italian pastry techniques. Since then, I’ve managed high-performing teams, developed innovative dessert menus, and overseen large-scale productions for events serving hundreds of guests — all while staying true to the heart of pastry: joy, precision, and artistry.
Every treat we make reflects years of experience, a deep respect for ingredients, and a genuine love of sharing sweetness with others. Whether it’s a delicate laminated pastry, a showstopping celebration cake, or a classic cookie made from scratch, my goal is to make every bite memorable.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our three beloved animals — probably enjoying coffee, watching sports and always enjoying a little too much dessert- for us usually ice cream. I believe that every sweet moment, big or small, deserves to be celebrated with heart.
